In accordance with the visa application procedures established by the Immigration Bureau of Japan, OLJ accepts new students at four times per year; in January, April, July, and October. The following timetable lists important application deadlines for students who wish to apply for a College Student Visa to study at OLJ.

(Note 1) This is a suggested date only. You may enter Japan at any time between the day upon which you receive your final approval and documentation from the Japanese Embassy/Consulate in your home country and the day prior to your first day of classes at OLJ.
IMPORTANT: You will receive your actual visa from the immigration officer at your port of entry into Japan. Make certain that you are in possession of all necessary documents before departing for Japan!
